This Privacy Policy describes how Real-Estate Analyzer ("Real-Estate Analyzer", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: such as your email address, name, and the contents of messages you submit when you contact support or create an account.
- Property and financial data you input: information you enter into the Service to analyze real estate deals, such as property details, purchase prices, financing terms, and projected expenses. This data is used solely to provide you with analysis results.
- Usage and device information: such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. This information may be collected automatically by our hosting, security, and analytics providers.
